At La Playa, volunteer instructors are our backbone, creating a community of support, care, and empowerment for our students. Through our adult ESL classes in both Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano, and Lake Forest students hone essential linguistic skills pivotal for their personal and professional endeavors. Mastery of English can enhance job performance, bolster workplace success, fortify social ties, and better experiences in healthcare, legal services, and childcare, to name just a few aspects of daily life.
Interested in becoming a teacher at La Playa? Rest assured, no prior teaching experience is required. We've got you covered with orientation, comprehensive training manuals, structured daily lesson plans, and a supportive faculty to guide you. Our goal is to ensure both you and your students have a rewarding journey.
